Within My Rightmove there is the Preference Centre. This will allow our consumers to change a number of details on their profile. This article will go through what can be changed.

Preference Centre Options
To access the preference centre, follow the steps below:
- Log into My Rightmove
- Select 'Account Details'
- Select 'Contact Preferences'
You will then be shown a page, as per the below:
To update what emails you or the consumer receives click 'manage' beside each heading.
What if a consumer wants to unsubscribe?
This would need to be passed to Customer Care to talk the consumer through how to unsubscribe themselves within their My Rightmove account.
If they're receiving an error when doing this, it will need to go to Customer Technical Care.
What if a consumer is still receiving emails after unsubscribing?
If you receive a complaint about a consumer still receiving marketing emails, such as Discover or RM Partner Promotions, after they have unsubscribed, then please pass the query to our DPO team.
