Bungalow

If the word 'Bungalow' appears anywhere within a property description we will only show the listing under a Bungalow property type search. Even if the property is selected with a different property type. 


False positives


When using the bungalow search filter, there are quite a few false positives because we have found the word 'bungalow' and applied the property style of 'bungalow'. They are either houses with a bungalow/annexe type thing or part of a larger set-up e.g. a farm, so it is not just the bungalow being sold. In order for a property to not show as a Bungalow (when it isnt) then the agent would need to remove the word from their listing's description.
