A change of service form is part of core membership and determines which properties are allowed to advertise on site. Agents may wish to add/remove/change this service over time. I.e Going from Sales only to Sales & Lettings



What does a change of service look like on a form? 

One the form the current service will show on the “Original package “ line; The new one will appear on the “New package” Line

The example below shows an upgrade in service  Lettings to dual.



What to look out for on a change of service form?

  1. Correct Signatory details
  2. Correct dates (With Downgrades ensure a full calendar month has been given
  3. With ASAP on the dates – Contact the customer to clarify when they want their change to take place
  4. Checking any offers applied are correct – Refer to offers and rejection training guide 
  5. On all Lettings to Dual, ensure that the company type is change from ILA to IEA and the dual best price guide option is ticked.

In this call, you are looking to find out relevant information which will be used to help you process the form correctly.


The 3 main questions you should be asking in these calls are:

  1. How are they uploading their properties, if they are using a software provider: have they set up their account with them
  2. Have they got properties ready for the new service
  3. Are they using the same branding: if not, have they got their new brand ready.


How to Process 

  1. Check all dates and signatory information is correct 
  2. Accept form
  3. Make sure the core changes are pending in Novus from sales/letting only to dual pending go live. 
  4. Send a request to ADF via STP if they will be using a software provider for the new service. 
  5. Check reservations on any new products for the new service being added 
  6. Send design brief to design/upload any artwork products that have been received. 
  7. Once artwork is ready upload this in creative admin in Novus or atlas dependant on the product. 
  8. Proceed with go live in STP by putting in live and chargeable dates.
  9. Confirm core
