We are able to remove Sold Price images and floor plans on request with proof of ownership. 


This will need to show the owner's name together with the address of the property of the sold price record: 

  • Title Register  
  • Title Deeds 
  • Formal written correspondence with your solicitor which shows the property was/is owned by you  


We also require one form of ID from the owner. Please note that this must match the name given on the proof of address document: 

  • Driving License
  • Passport


We request MOP to email ID@rightmove.co.uk with the above information plus the link to the listing then the Customer Care team will review and if complies remove the images. 


Removing images and floor plans:

  1. Locate the property on the Sold House Price page on public site
  2. Click on the property and highlight the first property ID in the URL
  3. Open Atlas > Data Tools > Sold Prices > Property Link > paste the property ID and select 'edit property' https://siteadmin.rightmove.co.uk/atlas/datatools/soldprices/propertyLink
  4. Check the details are correct and select 'Hide Property'

You can also 'Unhide' the property if needed, but only within 24 hours of hiding it.

To remove the price paid record in the Sold Price section of our website we also require the same ID sent to the ID inbox ID@rightmove.co.uk.
