Additional Branch Form


You would process these forms the same way as you would process a new joiner there are just a few things to look out for.



Additional branch form checklist 

  • The process is very similar to the New Joiner process so always check on Site Admin to see if the company has an existing live branch. 
  • When creating the branch check the logo and description with the agent as it may be different due to different branding or a different area description.   
  • If they have a data feed check if they have a separate data feed account with the new branch.  
  • No dd is needed as the Payer is the same as the other branches.
  • Although this company has had a Go-Live call before check if they want a training call as the staff members in the new branch may need it.
