Our New Homes agents all have a New Homes Microsite for each development which is included in their package. It can be found the same way as a normal microsite. New Homes agents can't make changes to this unless they have access via their software feed.

How do I update brochures and site plans?
All site plans need to be sent to us as a JPEG or PNG file, we can't load any PDFs as site plans. We can accept brochures as PDF files.
Brochure size limits are 10MB. We recommend 72dpi (dots per inch, relates to resolution) for any media we update on a profile.
The site plan and brochure is applied at the development level. The same brochure added at the development level will show on every live property.
If the agent has a specific brochure that needs to be added to certain properties, they can do this either via their feed or if they use Rightmove Plus to manually load listings, via the property list. Thus, if an agent asks us to remove a brochure from a listing because there is more than 1 brochure showing for a plot they will need to reach out to their feed to remove it. As any changes we make can be reverted back by their feed/software.
Note: If a site plan needs to be deleted, the functionality to remove it fully is no longer available. Once a site plan has been added to a page, the page will break if a site plan is entirely removed, so it is now recommended to add a blank file in it's place to stop the page from breaking whilst also removing the original site plan.
How do I update the Image Carousel?
This is where developers can add images and up to four virtual tours. Virtual tours will always appear after all of the images and this order can't be changed.
Virtual tours are updated within Site Admin as shown above, but the images are updated in Atlas.
- Locate the branch in Site Admin
- Select Products > Advance About Developer Page > Add/Edit Images for Gallery
Images need to be 934x472 pixels, and we recommend 8-10 images on the carousel per Development for optimum performance on site. Any more than this and it can have the potential to lag. We recommend 72dpi (dots per inch, relates to resolution) for any media we update on a profile.
Please note: We don't edit creative sets/welcome page banner this sits with the design team.
There is no maximum amount of images you can upload to the carousel but we would recommend a maximum of 12 images in this space for best engagement.
How do I add additional media to the gallery?
- Go to Image Gallery > Add/Edit > Add the images
- Images can be removed or the order can be amended within the Image Gallery
