How Filters Work
Filters narrow down search results to properties that match your criteria. Their accuracy depends on how estate agents upload listings. Some filters operate based on keywords found in the property description, while others rely on basic information provided by the agent.
For instance, the "Must Haves Buying Schemes" filter identifies keywords like "Help to Buy" or "Shared Ownership," while the "Detached Property Type" filter depends on the listing title.
Detailed keyword detection logic is available in our 'Keyword Extraction Logic' Knowledge Base article.
Missing a Filter?
To keep our search interface user-friendly, we focus on the most popular filters. If the filter you need isn’t available, try using our 'Keyword Sort' feature, which lets you apply up to three keywords to refine your search. Learn more about this in our 'Keyword Sort' Knowledge Base article.
