Rightmove Discover helps estate agents discover where new valuation opportunities will come from in their patch, long before anyone else. It does this by looking for triggers and signs from potential sellers which would indicate they could be ready to move during the next 6 months.

Can any agent get Rightmove Discover?
Any agent that has signed up to the Opti, enhanced or essential package can sign up to Rightmove Discover. If they signed up to the product, it will appear as below in Novus:
If you receive a query from an agent about wanting RM discover, then please pass this to their Account Manager.
You can also run a report using BIR to find which branches have RM Discover live for a company here.
First find the company ID in Site Admin. Go to the Company page and you will see the company ID in the URL.
Next search by company ID then select 'Go' to see which branches have RM Discover.
How often do emails go out?
Discover will send out three campaigns each month and generate on average three valuation requests a month.

How to update Rightmove Discover
- Find the branch on Site Admin
- Click the 'Products' Tab
- Click 'Go to Novus'
- Locate 'Rightmove Discover'
- Click 'Actions' and then Product Details
- Enter the new email lead address. If the request is also to amend the Signatory Name and Position, then please amend these fields too.
- Click 'Save' once complete.
What's a Lead and Seed Email Address?
The Lead email is where the email comes from, so when the Consumer presses reply on the email they receive, it will go to this address. You won't be able to test this, as you would with an email lead change, as these emails are automated via an algorithm.
The seed email use to be an option for the office to have a copy but as this is now redundant always change both lead and seed email for email update requests.
What if a Consumer wants to Unsubscribe?
We use the last known property address the consumer has provided us (either when creating a My Rightmove Account or sending a lead to one of our members). We will run a report to find out when the last address was supplied to us by the consumer and we can delete the old address from our database. Please scenario any emails to the DPO.
