Being open to change is important in the team as the product offering and process is quick moving and we are building a team that will be increasingly multi skilled across different business units and more aligned regionally to our Account Management teams. A positive attitude and growth mindset are critical to the team as we worked in a fast moving challenging area where AM's and customers rely heavily on the team, so the way in which we approach the workload day to day is critical to a good outcome. Due to fluctuating volumes of workload within each business unit and region the team supports, having a supportive team with a focused and collaborative attitude, means we're able to really work as a team to ensure the service we offer to the Account Managers and customers is consistently of a high standard. We believe doing this all of this with open, constructive but honest communication means that we can consistently drive improvement in the team.
