What is Rent Guarantee
Rent Guarantee protects an agent's management fee, and their landlord's rental income if a tenant falls into arrears. This means your landlord's rent is protected for as long as it takes to get their property back.
If a tenant can’t or won’t pay rent, the insurer pays you (the agent) the rent instead every month. You can then deduct your management fee as normal before passing the rest onto the landlord.
