The below courses are extra curricular the people that run them are doing it to help their colleagues and isn't part of their role responsibility.

Emotional Intelligence course

What is emotional intelligence, and why is it important? On this course, you’ll explore how emotional intelligence influences not only our relationships with others but also with ourselves.

Interested? - You will need to reach out to wider CX and gather a group of 4-6 people that also want to         attend. Once there is enough interest you can approach Stuart Chung and ask when he will be able to run a session.

SQL course

If you are actively working towards a role where SQL would be required or there is a need in your current role for SQL skills then there is a Workshop you can attend.

Interested? - You will need to have completed the basic SQL course on W3schools and then contact wider CX to see if there are other people that need to attend. Once you have enough people contact Dan Jackson and he will be able to advise when he can spare some time to run the workshop.

Excel

If as a Team you need to work in Excel but feel you need some additional skills in this area speak to your Manager about whether this is something that could be offered.  Specifics would need to be provided so that the content is relevant to the skills needed.

Interested? - Stephen Coombes runs these sessions but rather than a Workshop it is more specific in its approach so will need to be discussed with your manager first.
