This article uses a key to explain the different elements of an invoice for Estate Agents, Overseas and Commercial so you can understand the content.

Yellow – These details are completed in site admin under P&R payer management.   Here we can update company name, address, email address, PO number, telephone number and method of receiving invoices.  If the company name needs to be amended and it has a different company registration number to their current name, we would require a new contract for a new payer to be completed by the AM with their new company name.

Green – Every agent has their own customer number (also known as payer reference). We use this to search for customer invoices in our billing system and can also be used in Site Admin to see what branches use these payer details.

Blue - All EA, Overseas, Commercial customers bill in advanced so we will invoice for the following month.   For example here we sent this invoice 20/01/2022 but this is for the period of February (Pink).  All EA invoices are due to be paid 1st of every month.

Red – This is the branch ID, which can help find the development in Site Admin or Sugar. Also shown here is what package the branch is currently on.

Pink – This area of the invoice shows what period the invoice is for, a breakdown of what is included within this invoice and costs.
