What are leaver reasons?

Leaver reasons are used to record why a development or product has come off of Rightmove. They are split into two categories: controllable or uncontrollable.

A controllable reason is a reason that was in Rightmove’s power to influence or change, such as Cost Issue and uncontrollable is something we could not influence, such as Site Sold.

When to use site sold, all reserved or low property stock

As a rule of thumb please see the below of when to use either and if minimum contractual terms apply:

There are 0 – 1 property left - Site Sold: contract minimums do not apply.

2 Properties left - All Reserved: contract minimums do not apply.

3 Properties Left - Low Property Stock: Contract minimums do apply

4 Properties or More – These leaver reasons do not apply, and contractual minimum terms apply
