How to request the report to be run

1. Go on Rightmove help desk and log a request

Subject: Barratt/DWH report

 2. Drop-down options

3. Priority reason: can’t do work without this

4. Once data has been received.

Open and save in Save in #po tracker > 06 carat > Weekly report >Categorise for correct month

Open data > Format table so date is short date.

5. Then to remove duplicates:

Data > remove duplicates


 Untick everything except DEV ID and click okay. 

6. Open FreshDesk and search for previous email 

Search “Barratt/DWH Weekly Report”

7. Copy receiptants over & body of text
