Calendar 2025 FAQs - Order from Monday 30th September - Comms to be sent 8th October

(INTERNAL USE) What you need to know:

  • Partners can order up to 8 calendars per branch/office
  • Calendars will be boxed in 4’s, so they may receive 2 boxes, if 8 calendars are ordered
  • To reduce our environmental footprint, we have a limited number available to order. We will keep track of this and close the ordering page if we reach this limit. Otherwise, our pre-order page will close on Friday 1st November for pre-orders
  • Calendars will be dispatched by the end of November, and we expect these to be with partners by the end of December 2024, but most likely sooner
  • Any remaining stock will be added to the Hub later in the year - we will notify you if/when this is the case

Here are some common questions and answers to help you with any enquiries:

STAGE 1: ORDERING

Q. I can’t find the link to order a calendar. Where can I find it?

A. You can order calendars for your team via this link: https://ink-ps.co.uk/rightmove-calendars-2025/

Q. What’s the deadline for pre-ordering?

A. Midnight on Friday 1st November, whilst stocks last.

Q. I didn’t receive my confirmation email when I placed the order, was my order received?

A. Please check the junk mail or spam folder for the email address you used when filling out your order form. If you didn’t receive a confirmation email, please place the order again.

Q: I have lost my confirmation email, what do I do?
A: Please check the junk mail, spam folder and deleted items for the email address you used when filling out your order form. If you can’t find the confirmation email, contact marketing@rightmove.co.uk with the email address and branch address you used when filling out the form. We’ll check our records and resend your confirmation email. We’ll aim to get this to you within 5 working days.

Notes on internal process:

  • We’ve highlighted in our partner comms the importance of keeping hold of the confirmation email. This is to help resolve any potential order discrepancies efficiently.

  • If a partner is certain they placed an order and received a confirmation email at some point, but now cannot find that confirmation email, please ask them to email marketing@rightmove.co.uk

  • The Partner Marketing Team will check these requests weekly to avoid too many regular ad hoc requests.

  • Please let the partner know they will receive their confirmation email within 5 working days and to keep an eye on their email/junk/spam folder.

  • If we do not have a record of the order, we’ll let them know they should place another order via the Calendar webpage.

  •

Q: I have submitted an order. What do I do next?

A. If you’ve placed your order and received your confirmation email, there’s nothing left for you to do. We’re collating the orders and will be printing them ready to be delivered to offices/branches in plenty of time for the new year.

(If pushed on timings: ‘We’re aiming for the calendars to be delivered by the end of December 2024 latest’).

Q: What if I want to order more than eight?

A. We’re currently only accepting orders of up to eight calendars per branch.

(If pushed: ‘Staying mindful of our carbon footprint, we’re currently accepting orders of up to eight calendars. We may have a limited supply available to order later in the year, and you’ll be able to check availability and place your order via The Hub.)

Q: You’ve run out of stock, and I couldn’t order a calendar.

A: We’re really sorry if you were unable to order a 2025 Calendar. We’re mindful of our impact on the environment and therefore have a limited stock and a maximum of 8 calendars per branch.

(If pushed: if we find that lots of agents missed out, we may be able to do a small re-run of orders. We’ll keep you updated on this).

Q: What if someone else in my branch has already ordered calendars for our office?

Don’t worry, we’ll de-duplicate orders before printing to ensure we’re only sending up to eight calendars per branch/office. We’d recommend letting your team know when your order is placed for your office so that they’re reassured you’ll receive your calendars.

Q: Why can I only order 4 or 8 calendars?

A. We’ve looked at order quantities over the past few years and found that most agents order either 4 or 8. The boxes that they’re sent out in are also perfectly sized for 4 calendars. We found that sending just 1 calendar in a box with space for 4 was rattled around and caused damage to the calendar itself.

Q: I didn’t get the email notifying me of the pre-order, can I still order?

A: Depending on stock levels, from January 2025 we may have a limited number of additional calendars available to order via the Rightmove Hub. You can check availability and place your order via The Hub.

Note: you need to be logged in to do this and have a Hub account. This is different to your Rightmove Plus account and it can be set up by anyone who advertises on Rightmove.

Stage 2: DELIVERY

Q: When will I receive my order?

A. All orders will be processed, printed and delivered in plenty of time for the new year.

(If pushed on timings: ‘We’re aiming for the calendars to be delivered by the end of December 2024 latest’).

Q: I really need my order by a specific date, can you guarantee delivery by then?

A. We’re not able to guarantee delivery on a specific date but the calendars will be delivered in plenty of time for the new year.

Q: I know a competitor agent has received their calendars but I haven’t received mine, why?

A. Calendars are due to be delivered by the end of December 2024. In many cases it’s expected that this will be earlier.

(If pushed on timings: ‘This may depend on local delivery networks in some areas but we’re aiming for the calendars to be delivered by the end of December 2024 latest’.)

If past 20th December:

If your order hasn’t arrived by 20th December, please send your confirmation email to marketing@rightmove.co.uk and we will investigate this with our delivery provider.

Q. I’ve received fewer calendars than I ordered, what should I do?

A. If you’d like to order more calendars, we may have a limited number available to order on the Hub (while stocks last). You can check availability and place your order via The Hub (link will be available at the end of the year). Note: you need to be logged in to do this and have a Hub account. This is different to your Rightmove Plus account and it can be set up by anyone who advertises on Rightmove.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: Printed desk calendars are so out of date – why are you doing this?

A. We’ve received feedback that many people value and use our calendars. Others have shared that they prefer to use digital calendars. To make sure that we only print and send desk calendars to people who use them, we’re giving you the chance to order one if you’d like one.

Q: Printed calendars have an impact on the environment – why are you doing this?

A: From 2022, our calendars are fully recyclable, including the paper, the packaging and even the wire that binds the pages together. This year, staying mindful of our collective carbon footprint, not only will the calendars be fully recyclable again, but we’re upping our efforts to be even more sustainable.

That’s why we have a limited stock of calendars and we only send them to agents who have requested them.

Q: What do you do with my data?

A:The data submitted via the pre-order form will be processed by our third party supplier, Ink Print Solutions Ltd. on behalf of Rightmove, for the purpose of printing and distributing the calendars. This data won’t be held for longer than necessary and will be deleted from Ink Print Solutions Ltd’s system once all orders have been delivered.
