For most of our customers with datafeed queries, we can do normal troubleshooting and then raise to ADF if necessary.
There are cases where ADF may not be the best place to send a query.

Corporate CustomersSome of our customers have their own feeds set up with their IT, and do not use external feed providers to load their properties onto the website.
In the case of customers with their own feed, after troubleshooting we need to advise the customer to liaise directly with their IT, as ADF are not best placed to help.
Below is a list of companies using their own feeds.
New Homes CustomersReasons not to log with ADF often mean we would need to raise it to the processing team. This could be:
- If customer requests for a new development to go live or queries why one isn’t live. The likelihood is that we would need new paperwork or are not receiving data yet.
- If a customer advises that they have a new phase which isn’t showing on site this would also need to go to New Homes and Breadth.
- Any queries regarding why a development is still live, please pass across to New Homes and Breadth.
A list of New Homes customers using datafeeds is below. They are not on a Real Time Data Feeds (RTDF). This means their properties tend to update overnight, or at a set time every day, not in real time.
All other queries can be raised to ADF as normal.
Commercial CustomersAlways send to ADF.
Independent Estate AgentsAlways send to ADF.
Overseas
When no images are showing on their properties, initially we raise a request with the feed provider and ask them to resend them.
Occasionally, we may have a feed provider contact us directly to advise a gateway has been setup for a new branch. We first check site admin and then pass it to the account manager, because most likely that new branch has not been setup in our system and we need a new contract.
