Things to check

When dealing with subject address line queries there are a few things to take into consideration.

  • The property listing - does the listing have a registered address and is this added in the Rightmove database? If this isn't this will show as

image

  • The branch name - Is the branch name correct? Some developers may use the same branch to advertise a new plot that was near the last one.

  • The addresses in the developers account. - if the development address is different to the branch name then this will show differently.

Incomplete Address Lines

If you are getting the 2 different address lines like the below:

Firstly check the postcode in atlas:

Against the branch addresses

Then check the listings, when the listing show as no address line like this it means its not associated with an address in our database.

Speak to the devleopers and ensure we have the correct address and postcode then add: See the different below:

Different Address Lines

If the developer has 2 different address lines, The plot development and the business address, these will show different.

If the enquiry comes from the developers Microsite page, the subject line will appear as the first line of their address according to the royal mail. (Development address)

And then property enquiries will show as the developers Branch name: (marketing name)
